How to make a birthday card for my best friend, Doreen? Her birthday was on July twenty and she was twenty years old. Therefore, I decided to make a special birthday card for her. First of all, I prepared a white color paper and sketched something special patterns on it. Secondly, I cut a pink paper with the rabbit shape and drew some color on it. Thirdly, I wrote some interesting words in different ways and used different color on card’s content. Moreover, I wrote some thing that I want to say to her. Finally I finished it by myself and sent the present and special birthday card to her.

"something special patterns" ==> either "something special" or "some special patterns".
"a pink paper with the rabbit shape" ==> "a rabbit out of pink paper".
"used different color on card’s content" ==> "used different colors for the rest of the card’s content".
"wrote some thing that I want to" ==> "wrote something that I wanted to".
Again, clear enough but flawed by unidiomatic English and too many usage errors.
